Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to these terms
By creating an account or otherwise using Flavor in Product (the “Platform”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be announced on the Platform, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
2. Who may use the Platform
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Membership is open to everyone, including allies who are not members of the communities we center. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
3. Community conduct
Flavor in Product is a professional space built for safety and advancement. You agree not to harass, dox, discriminate against, or intimidate other members; not to solicit members with spam, multi-level marketing, or unsolicited sales pitches; and not to share private community conversations, member contact details, or event recordings outside the Platform without permission. We may suspend or remove accounts that undermine that safety.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the posts, projects, comments, and profile information you publish. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on the Platform and in Platform promotion. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or disclose confidential employer information.
5. Jobs, events, and third-party services
Job listings, sponsored roles, summits, courses, and community spaces may be provided or powered by third parties. We review partners in good faith but do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing, the outcome of any application, or the conduct of any employer or vendor. Your use of a third-party service is also governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
6. Sponsored placements
Some listings and feed placements are paid. We label sponsored content as such. Sponsorship never buys editorial endorsement, member data, or preferential treatment inside the community.
7. Paid memberships and refunds
Where paid plans, tickets, or course purchases are offered, prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account. Except where required by law, fees already charged are non-refundable, though we will always look at individual situations in good faith.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, its name, wordmark, course materials, and design are owned by Flavor in Product or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, scrape, or redistribute Platform content or member data, or use automated tools to extract information from the Platform.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment, promotion, or any particular career outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flavor in Product is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, create risk for other members, or if we discontinue the Platform. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms can be sent to legal@flavorinproduct.com.
